Blue color KL 8 FC

Hello,

We are currently experiencing problems with a KL Fresnel 8 FC and maybe one of you can help us.

When we run the spotlight in 19ch Extended mode, we have a lot of flicker in the LED when running at full power.

In addition, the lamp shines blue when set in 1ch mode. Normally, this should be White.

We are running the latest software provided from the Elation Forums and we give the fixture a factory restore.

Does anyone have an idea what we can do to resolve this problem.
