Is the C-Loader the direct replacement for the Cue Uploader? I need to update some non-IP Sixpar 100's.

Itriedto update 4 Fuze Profile to the 1.09 via USB-Stick, but two of them are showing me that module 6 is empty now. The result is, that wether Focus nor Zoom is working on that two lamps. The other two lamps are working well and they show the module 6 as loaded. Is there any idea what I can do to have module 6 loaded as well in the other two lamps? I tried several times with different USB-Sticks, but no result.

make sure you are using a 2.0 usb. also where there any issues prior to the upload? any errors

I'm using a USB Stick plugged into the lamp. No Hub. One of the lamps had the same error before the update. Now another one has that empty Module 6 to and the Zoom and Focus doesn't work either. The two other lamps are working well as before, after the update.

Was doing a firmware update with the C-Loader II on 17 fixtures and the final 4 fixtures in the line had their screens freeze on "Update Wait..." and now I cannot get them to respond at all. Powering off and back on just returns me to the same screen. I've tried to update them individually with both the C-Loader and a thumb drive and no response. Is there a way to hard reset the fixtures with the screen frozen like this?
