Platinum Spot 15r Pro Problem with Lamp

Good day, I hope someone here can help me. I have 8 platinum spot 15r pro and at the last event the lamps went out on 5 of them. Since then, unfortunately, these no longer work and I'm at a loss.
Is there a known error in the ballast where a component can be replaced.

Hello, no, unfortunately not.
I also have the problem that a moving head on which the lamp is working keeps having small "twitches" and the color wheel gobo wheel 1 and 2 is constantly being reset.
