5R Spot Pro cyan, yellow, magenta color error

5R spot pro with a cyan yellow and magenta color error tried replacing the CMY unit with a know working one to no avail. Any thoughts?

greetings, you may have a bad pcb. Please remove the arm covers and inspect the Caps for swelling.. if ok try exchanging IC HY483n-3U01
