Tagged With "Grand"

We have six (6) of these fixtures installed and have recently had to replace one. The "home" position 90 degrees off (the yoke perpendicular to the menu screen). On the old units that were already installed (home is yoke parallel the with the menu screen). I am running Grand MA interface. I know it has to be something on the light as I switch DMX address with the light next to it and it worked as expected. So I am at a loss. Any help would be awesome. I called Elation and the service person...

Andy, Perhaps a detailed email may be best suited in regards to this issue. The home position can be calibrated but often its best to check the hardware directly first. Try an email in regards. Hope all is well. support@elationlighting.com
