SIXPAR 200 Display PCB connector burned

I have 9 fixtures and love them. However, I recently had one that stopped responding to DMX and glowed a dim white when powered up. I know from the past this is a bad Display PCB. After replacing it with a new one, it still behaved the same way. When disassembled, I noticed the LED connector had burn marks on two pins ( see attached) . I cleaned and scraped them and the fixture worked fine. I noticed this connector had an extra heavy dose of red wax and some of the wires were loose requiring...

that's excellent! thank you. I can find that 12pin now, and I have found the complete set of wires/connectors here: https://parts.elationlighting....00001644/category/2/ But what are these type of connectors C A L L E D? What's their NAME?

If the cable that goes from the LED driver PCB to the Display PCB is damaged on any of the Sixpars, then replace it with the following: https://parts.elationlighting....887/?parent_id=20173 When the cable connector has the red adhesive, I use a heat gun on low to warm it up which makes it easier to disconnect the cable.

I forgot to update this post. Elation reached out and pointed me the replacement cable. It requires pretty much a complete tear down to replace but it's all very simple. Both sides of the fixture need to be opened up. Kinda fun actually.
