Moving Heads Constantly Rotating

I have 6 360 fixtures that are constantly panning when plugged in. And I've had to unplug them to keep the room looking good. Is there any fix for this sort of issue. I've obviously run the position reset a few times for each of them but it hasn't helped.

What are they being controlled by? Which DMX controller software or console?

Also, to be more clear I have 8 of the 360s total but 6 of them have started having this issue.

I'm using a GrandMA Dot2 but they will constantly rotate even with the console off
