We are currently using ShowXpress software so I am having to build my own profiles for all my new Elation lights. I am looking for a list of all the 64 Color Presets to properly name them, as well as the 13 Color Macros. I've searched on here as well as Google and haven't been able to locate the information. We have six (6) of these fixtures installed since 2017, and have recently sent all 6 back to Elation for repair (had two started dying within weeks of each other, so just sent all 6 in to have the identical replacement process done preemptively). three (3) of the six came back from Elation with their "home" position 90 degrees off (the yoke perpendicular to the menu screen), while the others remain as they were (home is yoke parallel with the menu screen). We have several Fuze z350 wash fixtures at the venue I work at. When they are controlled by the house Avo Titan Mobile, they work flawlessly. However, when a touring act rolls through with a GrandMA console, and they strobe the fixtures vigorously, the intensity may randomly decide to stop working. In rare instances, the fixture will get stuck on, and in place. Only a hard reset from the breakers fixes this problem. Tours have told me they have encountered this problem with these fixtures...

While I'm locating the C-loader, can you give me some clue as to why this glitch only effected MAs talking to these fixtures? This is something that has been hurting my head as an Avo guy. Thanks in advance! - Bird

Personally speaking i've had this happen on my Fuze Z120s running an Obsidian NX2 console before as well, its mostly a bug in the strobe controller and I can confirm the firmware upgrade fixes it. It's not just Ma and AVO its a fixture firmware issue.

Thanks for that information ! I never managed to trigger it with my Avo, and I definitely use the strobe function for metal show. I'm just glad to hear this will fix the problem with certainty. You are my hero.

Hi, it sounds like a firmware upgrade is needed for the fixtures, email Firmware@elationlighting.com and tell them the current firmware version of the Z350s you have now and they can advise on a newer firmware that should fix this issue.

I will try this. Trying to source a C-loader now.
