Hey, does anyone have an idea for what the problem might be ?, I tried to use different type of dc adaptores.

Hello, I know this thread is more of a general area, but we can't offer advice for gear that is not Elation or ADJ branded equipment, and this unit doesn't look to be one of our old SS 24s. I would find the manufacturer and email or call them.
