Siudi Driver not loading to new Windows 10 OS.
I use a CompuCue Basic dongle with various lighting programs (I prefer MyDMX 2.0). I spent a grand on a new Windows Surface Pro X to be able to Cue scenes live from a tablet on a mic stand. Tablet is a 64-bit Windows 10. The tablet recognizes the 'unkown device' (dongle) plugged in and any program I try to use (ESA2, MyDMX, Compushow, etc) automatically starts in Demo mode. I've tried reloading the driver and am told it is successfully added but it gives an error to contact the manufacturer...

I think this might be the issue. but we are looking into it and will let you know tomorrow. Keep the receipt for that surface if these programs are the only reason you bought it.

The computer does indicate "64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor" From your reply I presume this won't work for my needs?

Confirmed, the interface you have is not compatible with ARM based systems. You either need a different computer (The other surface laptops are intel or AMD i believe) or we may have a new interface that will be ARM compatible soon or available from the developers own product line.

ACL 360i - Idiots guide to setup 2 of these units for Mobile DJ setup
I recently bought a couple of the Elation ACL 360i units from eBay. I could do with the easiest way to set them both up to move in synchro with each other. Either via a DMX controller or via a laptop pc. CURRENTLY i have not even seen the lights working. i mean they self test the moving of the heads but no lights. Hope they are working. thought there may be some sort of Demo mode built into the menu system to test them. anyhow - any help for a NOOB would be very much appreciated. I realise...

Hi, to get to any sort of auto modes grab a copy of the user manual online and it will tell you how to set them to that function in the manual. The LAN will only really work if you have a DMX controller or console with a Ethernet/Artnet function, of which the cost will be greatly higher to have than a typical DMX software package and hardware. You could be perfectly fine running this off of a basic DMX controller board such as the ADJ DMX FX512: https://www.adj.com/dmx-fx512
