ots26 ·
Hey guys, trying to figure out where the ballast is on a Hybrid fixture. FIxture is saying ballast error but can't find any paperwork on where to look. Anybody have any leads? Thanks in advance!

Greetings the ballast is located on the base, also a bad lamp can cause this error as well. Please note you will need to confirm IP upon re-assembly ELECTRONIC BALLAST FOR PLATINUM FLX (elationlighting.com)

I’m having the same problem. Platinum spot 35 pro, strikes but immediately goes dark. Appears that the arc doesn’t stabilize. Hoping it’s not the ballast as it’s buried in the base and seems like a lot of stuff has to be removed to get to it.
