Martin M1 Console White Screen Issue and External Monitor Setup

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Martin M1 professional console that I hope someone can help me with. When I power on the console; it gets stuck on a white screen and won’t proceed any further. confused

I am interested in connecting an external monitor to the console. I am not able to fix out the proper method to do this. I have checked https://forums.elationlighting...-console-not-working-tensorflow documentation guide but still need help .

If anyone has tips on how to resolve the white screen issue /guidance on setting up an external display; I would really appreciate your input.
