Help with Sixbar 500

Hello all, I am new to Elation and DMX lighting systems. I have two good used Sixbar 500 fixtures at Church and I need to set them up as standalone with no controller to wash a wall for some back lighting. It would be great to have them alternate across red, white and blue pausing on each color for a few seconds. It's not clear to me in the manual how to use the menu buttons on the back of the fixture to set them up to do this. Would someone have a simple cheat sheet on how to do this? I have googled but, haven't found anything so far. The previous person who may have known is no longer available. Thanks in advance.
