Hi wondering about a problem that a client has with their DR Pro, been functioning fine but now when they hit the blackout button it flashes instead of being solid. The lights do not turn off. As far as I know no one at the club knows how to program it. Has it been accidentally re programmed to not work?

Hi, welcome to the forums.
it's most likely the tact switch has gone bad on the unit, and unfortunately it is a part of the motherboard, and it is not something we stock any longer as this unit is quite old.
Perhaps it is time to look into our new line of NETRON hardware for DMX playback solutions: https://obsidiancontrol.com/netron
We can recommend a dealer for your location if you tell us and also the dealer can help find someone who can come in and help you re-program.
