SIXPAR 100
I have 2 of my Sixpar 100 lights that are flashing "Update wait" on the screens. I can not find any updates. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Re: SIXPAR 100
greetings, this typically means there is some data on the line and the fixtures are interpreting this as a pending update. remove from install and power back up, if you are getting the same read out then most likely the display is corrupted and will need replacing.

Display for Sixpar 100ip and 200ip
Hello! I have been working on cleaning and ensuring my Sixpars are functional at my work. I was given a solution to clean the instruments (it had ammonia) and I used it to clean them with permission from higher ups. I’m finding that my display screens are blinking specifically on the dmx address screen when they were fine before. Is there anything I can do to try and fix this, or did I just destroy the display and will need to order a new one?

To clarify, the power still works. I’m not getting any signal for the dmx.

Re: Display for Sixpar 100ip and 200ip
Greetings, when the display is blinking this means there is not data... Please confirm data is being sent from the controller... if there is data present and the display flashes then you have blown the DMX driver and will need to replace the display.

SIXPAR 300
Cannot get the RDM to talk with my controller. Is it possible that Net3 needs the RDM ID changed? the controller can briefly see the fixture but then syncs out for a time then syncs back on but not long enough to see what the fixture is experiencing, ie. temperature etc.

SIXPAR 200 Display PCB connector burned
I have 9 fixtures and love them. However, I recently had one that stopped responding to DMX and glowed a dim white when powered up. I know from the past this is a bad Display PCB. After replacing it with a new one, it still behaved the same way. When disassembled, I noticed the LED connector had burn marks on two pins ( see attached) . I cleaned and scraped them and the fixture worked fine. I noticed this connector had an extra heavy dose of red wax and some of the wires were loose requiring...

Re: SIXPAR 200 Display PCB connector burned
If the cable that goes from the LED driver PCB to the Display PCB is damaged on any of the Sixpars, then replace it with the following: https://parts.elationlighting....887/?parent_id=20173 When the cable connector has the red adhesive, I use a heat gun on low to warm it up which makes it easier to disconnect the cable.

Re: SIXPAR 200 Display PCB connector burned
I forgot to update this post. Elation reached out and pointed me the replacement cable. It requires pretty much a complete tear down to replace but it's all very simple. Both sides of the fixture need to be opened up. Kinda fun actually.

Replacement LEDs for SIXPAR 100 from 2015
Hi, the theater I work at bought eight SIXPAR 100 fixtures almost 10 years ago. Since then, five of the lights have at least one failed LEDs. I was tasked with repairing them, or at least determining if it's possible and what the price would be. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to find replacement chips or where to take this issue? I'd prefer replacing the LEDs myself, but I struggle to find the correct ones from reputable sources. Thanks, Marek M.
