I would try calibrating the color wheel while a fixed color is selected. The password for calibrating is 50. Try changing the values until to reach your desired output.

Hi all, Elation doesn't support the DS250 pro anymore or I'd ask them. I have a color wheel that is slightly out of alignment and it seems like the "calibrate values" option available in the fixture menu would be able to correct this. However, when I look in the manual for instructions it says only to contact Elation customer support. Anyone done this before? Able to pass along these instructions they mention? Or point me to where I'd be able to find them? Thanks, -Josh

Hello All, While I am a electronics technician, I have no experience with production lighting or LED systems as I am more of an amp guy. I recently purchased 8 old Elation/Alkalite TP-81 Intelligent LED Color Systems ( Link ) and a few 575E AT moving head lights at a liquidation sale for a local production company. 5R spot pro with a cyan yellow and magenta color error tried replacing the CMY unit with a know working one to no avail. Any thoughts?

We have 4 Color Chorus 72 fixtures. We have them addressed and assigned properly. One of the 4 is not as bright as the other three even when the fader is at 100%. Our lighting control system is Avolites Titan Mobile. Any suggestions on correcting this?

We are currently using ShowXpress software so I am having to build my own profiles for all my new Elation lights. I am looking for a list of all the 64 Color Presets to properly name them, as well as the 13 Color Macros. I've searched on here as well as Google and haven't been able to locate the information. greetings, you may have a bad pcb. Please remove the arm covers and inspect the Caps for swelling.. if ok try exchanging IC HY483n-3U01

Greetings unfortunately this is a very old unit and literature is no longer available. I would look at the toroidal transformer, im willing to bet its shorting out. FYI we no longer have parts available as well.

please set address and mode identical to another fixture with proper output. if the output still isnt as bright then please perform a "hard reset" via the menu go to FUNCTION>RESET DEFAULT> ARROW UP TO ON AND HIT ENTER: The unit will default to address. Please set your mode and address and retest. if not successful then please contact support at elationlighting.com we will most likely need to bring this unit back for repair.

We just installed the elation fuze pendants, both the full size and mini version, in our main auditorium. First, we are trying to figure out how to install a different lens. The instructions say to loosen the screen, open the cover, add the lens, close the cover and screw the screw back in. When we close the lid, it seems super tight and we don’t want to force it. Hello the instructions provided in the manual are pretty accurate, make sure the pinch bolt is completely backed out (but no removed) otherwise the lid will not close flush. also make sure the lens is properly seated in the output hatchportion of the pendant.

The problem we have, it does not seat in there because of the rubber around the lens.

Hello, the 3mm pinch bolt is still making contact with threaded portion, please unthread a little more and you may have to slightly pry on the Allen head portion in order to clear the Threaded portion

Not sure that you can. There’s no way of really grabbing a hold of that bolt and pulling it out more because it’s screwed into something which I’m assuming must be some plastic or something. I tried open the one and I got it, but it was not easy. I’ve had to fight three or four more.

We have the bold screwed all the way out. So pry on the bolt head to pull further back?

Do you have a chart that helps set color mixes that match different kelvin ranges? For example, if I want the lights to be 3200K, what mix of LEDs in DMX would I set?
