I am setting up a row of Tribrick 36 LED with a Stage Setter 24 console. All of the fixtures are set to 4 channel mode, Address 008. No matter what I do I cannot get the bricks to see the DMX from the console, the display continues to flash. All the other fixtures in my rig are responding to the data from the console. We have tried home running to every fixture in the row and they all flash, no DMX. What could this be?

if the display is flashing then there is no DMX. this can be caused by a faulty cable or a bad DMX driver in the unit(s)

The board is outputting DMX, other fixtures on the same universe are seeing it. I know that the Stage setter only outputs DMX channels 1-24, (If I set a unit to an address above 24 using this console, I get a no DMX error). Could that be messing with the DMX inputs on the tri bricks? Are they looking for 1-512?

Hello, I know this thread is more of a general area, but we can't offer advice for gear that is not Elation or ADJ branded equipment, and this unit doesn't look to be one of our old SS 24s. I would find the manufacturer and email or call them.

I recently purchased the T3 and everything is working fine (with a few glitches due to pc software but that's to be expected). However, I am patched into 4 x Elation Proteus Maximus fixtures (extended mode) and they will not output at all. Pan and tilt work fine just no dimmer. I have checked everything. the personality is correct, the patch is correct, the mode is correct, and each attribute is open and full. The console is also directly hardwired to the fixtures with no data break from...

After wayyyyy too much troubleshooting it was eventually brought to my attention that the lights were actually the proteus lucious, not maximus; it was not my best moment lol.
