Design TriBrick 36 LED/ Stage Setter 24 Troubleshooting

I am setting up a row of Tribrick 36 LED with a Stage Setter 24 console. All of the fixtures are set to 4 channel mode, Address 008. No matter what I do I cannot get the bricks to see the DMX from the console, the display continues to flash. All the other fixtures in my rig are responding to the data from the console. We have tried home running to every fixture in the row and they all flash, no DMX.

What could this be?

if the display is flashing then there is no DMX. this can be caused by a faulty cable or a bad DMX driver in the unit(s)

The board is outputting DMX, other fixtures on the same universe are seeing it. I know that the Stage setter only outputs DMX channels 1-24, (If I set a unit to an address above 24 using this console, I get a no DMX error). Could that be messing with the DMX inputs on the tri bricks? Are they looking for 1-512?
