I agree it doesn't seem that it should be the light. It doesn't make sense. But... I have tested this with MA2, Avo Pearl Expert(Titan), Hog3 Full Boar, Martin M1, and Chamsys MagicQ. The profiles for all these boards work fine in standard and basic mode. But none work in Extended. I have even tested channel by channel raw DMX with a Leprecon 48ch dumb board.(one to one patch only) If its not in the fixture, the only explanation is that 5 different profiles from 5 different operating systems...

I just received 4 new Beam Extreme fixtures. They all have this same problem in extended mode. The only strobe function that works for me is the random. They are all ver 1.2. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I have tested with the Martin M1 and Avo Titan One. Thanks!

I got rid of all my Elation and American DJ gear and went to martin sold all 12 of my Elation Platinum Spot LED II for 16 Martin MAC 250 Kryptons. Also Moved to Jands Vista Software and consoles S1 and M1. They actually can out and gave me a 2 day One on One course on how to use it. I have had no problems with any of this Pro stuff. now I can make a show not be a shipping department getting my stuff repaired all the time costing me money

Don´t forget LightJockey... LightJockey is the best DMX control software for Clubs and TimeCoded Shows i have used. And there is no alternative. All other DMX control software have the base layout like a Light console for Live use. LightJockey is different. Hey everyone, Yesterday I had a fairly decent-sized show with 26 Vari*lites and a dozen DesignWash LED 60's. Control was via a Martin M1. We ran two performances in the same day and powered off the entire rig while the theatre was dark. Can the Martin M1 light controller be converted from 5 pin to 3 pin dmx? Can this be done at the output of the board or does each individual light need an adapter?

Hi, all you need to do is place the .EXE installer onto a USB stick, plug it into the console and run the fixture library update from the settings menu on the console. You cannot import individual fixtures from the exe, you need to let it update the whole library. This is the way it has always been done.
