Does anyone have or know where to get the individual graphic files for the Picasso gobos. I need them for lightwright , vectorworks, etc. All I can find is the image from the manual with all of them and the color wheel on the same page.

a gobo error can have multiple causes, first check to see if the magnet is present, also check the magnet /sensor orientation as well. also make sure the gobo is in its correct spot. if not successful check continuity from sensor harness to driver. if the problem persists check the PCB. lastly physically check the rotation and make sure the stepper is ok. regarding shutter, are you able to physically open the shutter (make sure the unit is unplugged) if not then the stepper may have seized

Hi y’all! I am working on some Platinum Beam 5rs, and I am getting an error for Gobo rot 1. Does anyone if that is isolated in the head or on the pcb board? Also, I can’t get the shutter to open, are these problems related. Just looking for a starting place. Thank you and God Bless!

I have 6 Artiste DaVinci units that all have varying degrees of difficulty focusing on the gobos. I can set up all 6 of them in the same room, pointing the same distance, connected to the same console, on the same gobo slot and 1-2 might be in focus while all of the rest of them are fuzzy. The problem persists for both gobo wheels and using the auto-focus feature doesn't help. The focus even changes from one gobo slot to the next on the same gobo wheel. Hi, My name is Robbie and I am a DJ in Upstate NY. I bought 2 Image Pro 300s some years back and sold one a while back. The remaining one has never been used. So I checked the connections and lamp and all seemed well. When I plugged it in and turned it on, the fan came on but not the lamp, so I opened the main access door and presses the little black rest button and it came on fine, but when I released the buttom it promptly turned back off.
