Spot Briteq BT-Theatre 60FC Black LED theaterspot I have got an demo. The spot Briteq BT-Theatre 60FC Black LED theaterspot is very good. We want to buy 10 of them but without fixture we can’t use them with Emulation. Can you do the job? If we have the fixture, how can we update Emulation with teh fixture, Best regards, Deschamps Koen.

Setup Help
Recently received the Gobar Plus IR and trying to hook it up to a Stage Setter 8 Console and can’t seem to get any results. Could be an issue with basic setup that I’m not aware of, as I’m incredibly new. DMX our from console to DMX in on gobar. Can’t figure anything else out from there. Thank you.

I am interested in becoming more familiar with the ebuilder app. Specifically I want to customize some profiles. Is there any sort of documentation available? Specifically I am trying to enable the virtual dimmer feature on some CWWW led's that dont have a global dimmer control, just mix controls for the CW and WW leds.

Hi guys, how's the show going? Was at a distributor today inquiring about the OPTI16-4 CW. They called ELATION to find out the availibility. They were told that there were 8 or 10 fixtures left, and that they wern't going to be produced anymore. Does this mean that there is a possible replacement for them? Or they going to be discontinued? I may be interested in 8 of these units. Also if discontinued, will I be able to have them repaired at a later date if that needed to be done. Will these...

hit fixture, then select your mover you want to move. get the color you want then press enter. your display should say something like 1-24. function buttons 1-6 will toggle between circle rotation cw/ccw, figure 8 cw/ccw, pan, and tilt. once you get the pattern you want, save it to a scene

Elation 8 FC Fresnel profile and Fuze Spot
I have received these beautiful new units and yet there is no personality that incorporates the Mint color. This is a huge disappointment. I have sent quite a few emails to tech support and staff but have not received any reply. They need to send ETC a color calibration for this unit so the fixture operates correctly. As of now, I have dropped the Mint out of any color picking which seems a total waste.

you have to determine via the menu/ software version, physically they are identical. if you have to replace the main pcb on an older unit (V1) the board will now be a V2. basically the update was needed due to end of life components.
