Setup Help

Recently received the Gobar Plus IR and trying to hook it up to a Stage Setter 8 Console and can’t seem to get any results. Could be an issue with basic setup that I’m not aware of, as I’m incredibly new.
DMX our from console to DMX in on gobar. Can’t figure anything else out from there.
