Ebuilder Help

I believe most LED fixtures when patched into Emulation have a "Virtual" dimmer. Does yours not? There should be a setting in options that enables the virtual dimmer function for LED's. We don't really have a manual for the builder yet. However I am more than happy to provide training over the phone or online.

No. The wording in the emulation manual leads me to believe that the fixture must be an rgb fixture to have a virtual dimmer.

I am figuring out ebuilder to a point and have modified the profile in question but when I try to replace one of my current fixtures it with my edited profile it crashes emulation.

Going to try adding it as a new fixture and see where that gets me.

Should have just waited. When I added my modified profile with the rgb features added it allows for a virtual dimmer. So that answers that, might be cool feature to include the amber and white features as a trigger for the virtual dimmer.

I guess I'll just re-add the fixtures with my new profile opposed to replacing them.

Even though the virtual dimmer is enabled now it doesn't seem to effect the amber or white channels. Guess its specific to rgb.
