2nd universe help needed

im having trouble getting the second universe on my dongle working. is there a setting that need to be changed somewhere to activate the second universe?

Hey Dunn. I'm posting from my phone in my car (don't worry I'm not driving lol) so I can't post a screen cap. But if your using compu live software then go to controller then starting parameters then look for dmx input/output. Either check or uncheck the 1st or 2nd universe box. That should turn it on. Hope that helps. If not I'll be by my pc in a hour or two.

Oh. Also if you successfully turn on the 2nd universe a small red led will start to flash under the main red dmx led on the interface.
