3D and fixture

Got a couple little issues,
First, my 3d visualizer only will show green or white beam and says gobo 1, 2, etc. but doesn't show the pattern.
Second, I have 4 ADJ Vizi Spot LEDs, and I can't seems to get them to move opposite of each other. Like when I use my XY axis, I set each fixtures to cross each other, it shows up correct on 3D(except color and gobo) but then all fixtures only point to the 1st fixtures position on the XY. Also my phasing/chase does the same thing, works on 3d, but all fixtures strobe in sync for the chaser. I am thinking this is a fixture profile issue because I do have to manually change the shutter to open when I am adding the fixtures in order to get any light during the test screen. Oh I have the December 2010 software I believe.

got the fixture issues figured out.
Still not getting color other than green on the 3d and no gobos will show up.
The Program also seems to crash everytime I use easy time what with that?

try to uninstall and reinstall the last update for the software.
