Antari 101 making funny hissing noise

Hi, My antari 101 ice is making funny inconsistent hissing/crackling noise 80% of the time. When it does this the output is far less. I have only used it 3 times with the correct fluid. I have also done the vinegar and distilled water clean out but with the same problem? Any thoughts?
