color wheel button stopped working

My color wheel stopped working on my par lights adj par 64s, all of my other buttons work fine but when i engage the wheel the pars go off. any ideas? new to lighting so just figuring this stuff out.

the wheel should have a dimmer to the right of it, some times when you click on the color wheel, this is set to zero...simply fade up that dimmer level and the color wheel should work
