COMPU SDE DMX Control Software

Hi Dazzler, the SDE can run the Compu Live software on a 64 bit machine, if that's what you mean. Compu live software doesn't care if its on 32 bit or 64 bit, its the 2006-2010 hardware that doesn't support the 64 bit system type.
Make sense? You can do whatever you need to do on a 64 bit OS but the dongle needs to support 64 bit and the new Compu Cue Basic, Compu Cue, and Compu SDE models are the only ones that support 64 bit OS type.

Good afternoon. So what your telling is that I have a dongle that doesn't support 64 bit?

If you have a 1024EC, or 2048Fc those models do not support 64 bit windows OS.
The dongle that DO support windows 64 bit OS, are the Compu Cue basic, Compu Cue, and Compu SDE.
