You cannot make a fixture fade out if the fixture does not support a dimming function. Make sense? You can only program what the functions and effects your fixtures allow for.

NOOOOOOO. NEVER....EVER hook a intelligent fixture to a dimmer pack and Try dimming the fixture. You will fry the fixture out faster than a chicken Leg at KFC.
You just have to look at the fixture's specs for either electronic or mechanical dimmer. I believe All elation fixtures dim. I looked at the traits for the robo scans and those do not dim at all. sorry sonic, your limited only to what your fixtures can do. Like me for example I have a E spot. do I wish it had CMY? OH YES. Am I trying to color mix? no. the only thing I can do is combine the colored glass gobo's with the colors on the color wheel.
