Design Spot 250 Pro Light not coming on?

Hello,
I recently purchased two Designs spots 250 pros.
When I first plugged them in they worked. Next time I Plugged them in few days later, only 1 was working. The one that is not working is running as if it is working BUT the light simple is not coming on. I noticed the temp. is only reaching 73 to 75 and no higher. Any clues ?

No I have not , these lights are brand new days old out the box. After spending the money I did. I would presume the products would be in working order. I honestly would not want to have to do swap lamps or anything fresh from opening the box. Can you blame me?

i dont, just sometime the lamps can go bad due to the jarring effect from shipping. its just easier to swap a lamp VS a whole fixture.

I got you , the thing is it did work first time I put it on. The next time It didnt go on. I never moved it from the first time I put it on.

while powering on the unit, listen for a buzzing noise. this will help determine if it
is a lamp.
