Re: Fuze SFX Boot Issue

Hey all, I've got a Fuze SFX roughy about a year old, that refuse to boot up, once power is connected it does the boot process through movement (with the screen off although the screen is working because when you the battery icon the screen comes on), it then proceeds to the home position. The screen stays blank and only comes on if you press the battery button, it then displays elation logo and changes to software update page. Has anyone else experienced something similar or have any solutions to my issue?

Hello there, in regards to tis if you could reach out to us via our support email Support@elationlighting.com and we can troubleshoot from there. Based on the issue you may have a weird display issue, or a power/load issue.
