Re: LED Strip lights not working

I have four DLED Strip RGBAW lights that just started not following the color of the other lights in the scene. They are always a differnt color than the main stage lights. I can't dim them or change the color either. We had to send in one of the strips back in to have work done on it because it never displayed all the color like the others did. Would that have something to do with the other three not working right now? Any help would be greatly appreciated still new to the program don't have everything figured out yet. Thanks!

did you verify that the light was in the correct mode and dmx channel?

Did you discuss with electrician ?

Make sure the power supply is properly connected and receiving electricity.
