dp-415 power issue

I've lost the ability to control the power on my dimmer box. When a lamp is plugged into any channel it stays on even when the power switch is turned off on the box. The strange thing is that the red power indicator on the box does turn off when the power switch is turned off. I replaced all of the fuses and thoroughly cleaned all of the contact points. Any ideas?
