Easy Show not opening

I just swapped out my compu cue for the SD+. I still cant open Easy Show. Please help. I click on the button and the computer thinks for less that 1 sec and then doesn't do anything. I tried re installing but the same thing happens. I have the same problem with Console Editor but I don't use that one.

FIXED IT!!!! My Anti Virus software was causing it. Not sure why but its fixed now!
