Elar Quad Bar 10 Channel Mode problem

Hello, new to the site and hoping someone can help. I have an elar quad bar running on 10 channel mode. for some reason the Red and Green does not want to light up. the red and green worked just fine in 8 channel mode.I checked cables by connecting to other quad bars and they work fine. I also killed the power to it in an attempt to reset the light and that didn't work. any ideas guys? im in a HUGE bind at the moment.

For those of you that come across this issue, the solution is a master reset of the fixture from the menu screen.

Menu>Personality>Reset Setting> Then switch it on.

figured I would share the solution since I found out how to do it.
