EMERGENCY!! PLEASE HELP

I have a show starting in an hour and all of a sudden none of my master scenes will not fade even though its showing the fade window fading, doesnt anyone know if i have something clicked that i can undo to fix this or what is the issue? can someone please call me if they can walk me through fixing this im real short on time right now. 850-510-6211.
