Is there anywhere to view all hotkeys and see what is assigned to them? Or a way to delete all hotkeys? I am reformatting the hotkeys and spending a lot of time undoing duplicates.

to delete any hot key simply click on the scene or switch hold ctrl and hit the DEL key on your keyboard.
s far as viewing a whole list of hot keys I cannot find anything like that. It might be in the manual.
