im running 1024ec i have 1 computer and with that i want to run my mixmeister dj program and the 1024ec program . my question is can i assign the 1024ec its own keyboard ? cause with the mixmeister program i have to look up song and change them all the time wihile im playing music and when i do that if i hit one of the keyboard keys that happens to be a short cut keek it turns the lights on or off . what ever is programed to that key . so what can i do ? cause i want the lights to run to the music beat .
or can i use a laptop to run the lights and hook a cord from the main computer that is playing the music to the laptop or will there be to much interferance ?
