Hello! My Martin m1 professional console freezes with a white screen upon starting up the system. We are hoping to be able to connect an external screen to it but haven't been able to figure out how to make it work. If anyone has any insight on how to fix this - I would appreciate it. This is outside of my regular area of expertise and we are waiting two weeks for a tech to come out.

Hello, i've shown this to our hardware team, and they said that it is most likely a blown motherboard, which sadly is no longer available from us as a spare part and also means the console is likely damaged beyond repair.

Thank you!! We were guessing that was the case based on it not responding to anything we tried.
No problem, sorry it is not fixable.
That being said the Obsidian consoles are a great upgrade to these older ones, newer hardware, faster and newer components, and lots of new features!
