Can anyone tell me how to do a full reset on the magic 260? I know there is one that resets your scenes and shows but it does not reset the fixture profiles. I am looking to do a full factory defaults reset.

You can try to reset the board by reloading the firmware onto the Magic 260. Can you remove the third data wheel and tell me what version of firmware you have on the controller?
