Midi Con fader issues

I recently got the Midicon controller for compulive and everything seems to working fine except on some of my faders they seem to cross over and I can't see where the signal is coming from. It also will grab 2 faders on the screen and move them as I move one on the physical board. For example my 3rd fader on page 1 is blue for my front wash, but also will bring up the dimmer for my intimidator 350's which should be only on page 2 dimmer 6. Is there a setting I am missing in setting it up?
Finally I have getting no response from my wheels on my computer console at all.
