Midicon Encoder Wheels

I have just recently setup a Compushow and midicon rig at my church and was wondering if you can use the encoder wheels live for pan and tilt functions of the movers. I have used Jands Vista desk and I was able to use the wheels to create raises and or sweeps and was hoping to be able to do it with the midicon
