When I purchased the SD+ interface, I had the same thing. My resolve? Get it from the web site.

These days, thanks to the internet, getting upgrades and even the correct current versionof the software is a snap. I remember having to mail reciepts, manual pages, even master discs and being rendered unable to work while the company took it's damn sweet time getting around to me. No, I'm not talking about Elation or ADJ, but another company with a specific product, that they took so long, I was better off buying a different product. In all honesty, I was in need of a better product anyways in order to continue to do what I was doing. Let's date this properly: 1989.

These days, I buy the hardware I want, then I rarely even open the CD or DVD's, I just go to the web site and see if what's there is newer than what I just brought home in a retail box. At least have the time the stuff I have to download is newer. There's nothing unique or special about this, everybody does it. Besides, boxes can sit on shelves for months or years before being sold.

I have no issues with this method. This is unlike another company that many of us know of. I'm so sick of having to jump through flaming hoops every time I want to check firmware or drivers or for updates.
