Operator 192+DP-DMX20L+Spot 250

Hi,

I just recently was hired as a IT Director in a private school, the school have an auditorium in which they have one Elation Operator 192, 3 DP-DMX20L, and 4 DJ Spot 250.

The guy that they had before change the order of the cables and now I cannot control the lights from the Operator 192. He says the system stop working but he never fixed or search for the solution, now I need to find what happen here. Could someone tell me what is the proper wiring from the Operator to the DP-DMX20L to the DJ Spot 250?
