program freezing when i use virtual contoroller

hello im having problems with my compulive program . when on the edit creen and i try to move the faders on the virutual mixer/controller the program freezes. i tried it on 3 diffrent pcs and have the same results 2 windos vista and 1 windows xp... i am running the current november software..
