Is it possible to defeat the default setting on the scene setter so that the blackout is OFF when powered up?

The only resets to this board are the DMX start address, and the memory. Would you like to reset any of these? Please respond to my email. Thanks.

When you power up a scene setter, it automatically defaults to blackout and requires you to push the blackout button. For conventionals, that's fine, but for LED it's not a necessary feature. Is there a way to turn that off so the blackout isn't on?
