Stage Setter 24 fading

I'm new to this equipment.
I simply want to program channel 1 (for example)
so I can press chase button 1 and it will fade up in 5 seconds and chase 2 will fade it down in 3 seconds.

These of course are examples of the time but the functionality would be the same.

Even if you record them with or without fade, you can still override them by adjusting the fade time fader while running the scene.
