Stage Setter-8 no power

Our church has a stage-setter 8 and a while back it lost power. My first thought it was the power adapter or the outlet. So, I tried to plug it into a different outlet, and still no power. I then tried a universal power adapter, and still nothing on the board.

My question is what are my options to get this repaired, replaced or if there is something else i can try. The model is a Stage-Pak 1.

SB,
If the product has no power even after replacing the power supply then I suggest that you send it in for service. Please contact our service team in order to obtain a return authorization number. Make sure to have the serial number handy when calling.
