Vizi spot LED issue

I just got the software, so bear with me here, but when I add my 4 Vizi LED spots to dmx, the test screen appears, and they go to 50% pan or center, but the lamp does not come on. I tried to play with the lamp dmx value, but can only get the lamp on with the internal program. I am just learning this so patience please but what am I doing wrong here?

do they run good in stand alone mode?

yes they run fine on stand alone and in master slave for sound active.

Also when I go into the fixtures page, under channels tab, it has a small caution on the first dmx channel saying it isn't patched to output.
One more question, my 3d visualizer has disappeared, any ideas here?

I have tried both modes, on mode 10 it comes on during the test, but runs a program, saying patch has been updated, switching to automatic

I basically have control over the fixtures, but the lamp is not on. The lamp only comes on when I select Internal function it runs a program and the lamp is on, but I have no control, and It wont show in my 3d.

The Vizi Spot LED requires the dimmer and shutter to be opened before you will see any light.

I reassigned the shutter strobe value and that gave me control, is there an updated patch for the Vizi Led Spot or are the 2 on the software the latest?

what do you mean by "of the software" are you running custom profiles or ones that came with the software?
