You will need to make a custom cable. We should also be able to make one for you if you request it. The 5 pin is actually 2 universe outs using the ground pin twice.
Take a look at this pic and see if it makes sense to you.

I know the original post is over two years old, but does this same pin-out for universes two and three still apply for the new Compu SDE controller?
And if so, how much for you guys to make the cable for it?
